Have you ever looked at the definition of a schedule I narcotic. I did just for fun and all of the sudden we see that the definition and some of the example drugs listed do not match. Such as marijuana, in order to be on the schedule I list it is supposed to have no acceptable medical use in the United States, however marijuana has widely accepted medical uses by many so it really should be nothing more than a schedule II, however the true risk associated with the drug are less than that of alcohol and in my mind that means it should not be a scheduled narc and should have the same rules and regulations as alcohol. Not that I use it or would if it was legal (it is legal in the State I live in) just throwing out some fun facts about schedule narcotics
