but they will not entertain offers until they build financials up to benefit all shareholders (3 buyers were mentioned by name).

18. NTEK's First Live Event goes to the 49er's. It's a trial run.....A pre-game concert at Levi's stadium before a regular season game!!!
19. Star Trek and 50 more movies from the Paramount catalogue will be uploaded by the end of September. They are working with Google Cloud now that will accelerate the uploading process and allow NTEK to begin to do massive content uploads!!!
20. Millennium Films is also a done deal, and the deal was done with no upfront costs!!! All through leverage Aaron Taylor explained. Alchemy and some of the other independant studios including Bollywood, NTEK paid nothing for!!!
21. Aaron Taylor explained, They were able to get in front of the 49er's management to negotiate a deal to shoot and stream a live event at Levi's stadium this season before a regular season game. It's a trial meaning there will be many different execs there to watch the outcome of it....depending on how the pregame concert goes depends on how much more business NTEK gets in the
LIVE 4K department!!!
NOTE on 21. SUPER BOWL 50 is in San Francisco
this year. Its quite possible NTEK is doing a trial Live
4K event with the San Francisco 49ers in order to see
if a deal can be made for a LIVE 4K event @ SUPER BOWL 50
only the biggest media event on the PLANET !
22. No more raising of the A/S in the near future, I was trying to get them to commit to 2016 as well, but all AL STone could only say it is Not part of the plan to raise it anymore. Aaron Taylor then jumped in and said that all of the staff had a meeting about the share structure, and they feel that the current share structure is enough to allow them to build revenue and profit so they the company can self-sustain without having to raise the A/S. He said the current plan is very obtainable and he was very confident that they wouldn't have to raise it anymore.
23. Jeff Foley and Peter both were very direct and specifically looked into the shareholders eyes that NanoTech Gaming Labs audits WILL BE COMPLETED MID SEPTEMBER, then they will file with the SEC the disbursement of shares immediately, so I believe it may take around 30 days after the filing to receive the shares.
24. Blake was a very nice engineer who is employed by Nanotech. He works with encoding and the Ultraflix platform Face. He has developed 19 different encoders each uniquely solve problems for the different TV manufacturers. I didn't understand all of it... a bit over my head but he is working with Samsung closely and the Ultraflix model. Just another genius that NTEK hired and stole from a big tech company!!!
25. The movies are loaded already, and they are working with Google cloud to begin a massive upload in September. They are working with multiple manufactures to get the encoders just right so when the massive upload hits on the platform all the consumers can see there won't be any bugs. This is the very innovative tech side of Nanotech, they are venturing and many times inventing this new tech....
Why do you think Netflix can only stream at 20+ MBPS and only have 13 movies uploaded???? Because the Billion dollar company has their hands tied and they are not a Tech company!!!!!
