Promotions will accelerate with Ultraflix gift cards being handed out by Best Buy employees. They passed around a list of 1000 titles from Paramont Pictures that ultraflix will have exclusive rights to for 15 months (like Star Trek series) too many to list here. They paid $1 million for it which will be released 100 per month starting this September. Hisense will include a ultraflix gift card in the million sets they will send to USA this fall to encourage 4k buyers to try Ultraflix. Audit of NTGL will be completed mid Sept. They have 2 pats and 4 pats pending. The four big gaming equip mfg like Bally, Williams, etc are interested in a revenue sharing deals with NTGL to begin manufacturing their tech within next 12 months. New Rocu 4 out this fall with ultraflix feature (700,000 for xmas). They have 144,949 ultraflix accounts todate (including 75K from Vizio & 58K Samsung). This number expected to rapidly grow as new 4k sets sell. Ultraflix will be on over 90% of 4k tv;s. They project 20% profit from 2016 revenues of $70 mil to be $15 mil. Anyway, close to 50 shareholders attended and lots of good questions were answered. I'm sure more info will be posted later. Oh yes, they have had buy out interests from several notable parties but they will not entertain offers until they build financials up to benefit all shareholders (3 buyers were mentioned by name).
