rather my NSS board .. which a few of the non interchangeables
descended upon en masse .. shortly after i opened it 5 years ago
which caused *admin to make it a premium board* .. rather than
a free board .. i.e. just another way to *control* .. various aspects

almost all OTC stox are targeted for the cycle of money in play
(runs up/runs down)

they never cover .. because no one at the sec gave a damn about OTC stox/co.

when an OTC co. actually can outlast *efforts* and survive

a whole different effort is undertaken to force *legit* (but previously targeted) mgmts' hands
