I picked up 30 K last week. That's all the money I had and the trade was instant.
I use TD Ameritrade which is one of he few I think that allows it.
TriMerica still must complete the 2013 filings to become current.
Treaty, it's been said has an MM lined up. I have not seen anything official. Then FINRA would need to approve it.
Treaty legal representation must be working with the SEC and FINRA to get this done or they never would have incorporated in another state.
None of the charged have any affiliation with TriMerica, except being shareholders. Even that was severely reduced. The original 10,000 of sweetheart shares they own are now worth one. Is what I understood in the 8 K
