where this data isn't *irrelevant* is what they show over days/weeks/months
and in some Long Term survivors .. over years

where i frustrate them .. is i actually called Finra and the Sec about
this data when first implemented
remember this data didn't even come *live* until Feb 2010 .. (it was retroactive
to August 2009) .. and as i've noted previously .. having spent the time
interacting with FINRA and the SEC in late 2009 and early 2010 .. non
interchangeables had to combat this new source of info provided at the
Sec's request by Finra >> FOR RETAIL
