Questions like these are legitimate and shouldn't be considered soft bashing or whatever the name du jour is for bashing. A patent which I believe we have or have filed is a tremendous insurance policy at the very least and a huge windfall in the future.
FYI...As for NTGL, Rustydawg posted an interview yesterday with Steve Reisenberg. He stated the 2047 math model has a patent pending. So to assume NTEK doesn't have one in place or in progress is crazy. Nevertheless, adding for specific confirmation from the company is a wise move.
