I hear ya WLF, I'm in New York and I wonder about these guys too. I'm hoping that as bordering states cross over that the domino effect will speed things up. Vermont will soon, then maybe it'll put pressure on NY, Pa then Ohio. Seems like it would be tough for a state to police MJ usage with it legalized in bordering states, especially when they see the $$ pouring into their neighbor's tax and finance coffers.
Well, we can hope anyway. I'd love to retire after Totally Hemp Crazy becomes huge, and relax in my garden, drinking cold RMH and feeding my "tomatoes" LOL!!
