I don't think so. Yes - a few people selling a relative small amount can create an apparent significant drop in bid and spread, but based on what just 18 posters out of 40+ around at the time claimed to hold a few weeks back, a significant portion of the public float is in the hands of confirmed longs and shares would be harder to come by on the way up.
