Exactly. The processors are fully built and even if it does cost $200k to fix the processors, it has been six and a half years and PTOI has been unable to find any source of plastic feedstock which could be profitably run through the processors.
Now investors are led to believe that if the processors can be only moved to some customer location, that customer will happen to have that plastic feedstock which would make it highly beneficial for the customer, beneficial enough that the customer would cough up $2.5M??
If there was any benefit to the process whatsoever, a potential customer could have shipped that plastic to PTOI for processing and split the cost savings or profits with PTOI. The only difference is the cost of shipping.
