Has anyone traded using Dr Penny Stocks recommendations? Curious if he picks majority winners. Its great to see him on the other board talking about Baltia. I am sure some of the volume we are seeing the past couple of days are some of his subscribers as most of us long timers are tapped out and fully invested. Hope we hear some news soon to get this stock way off the ground.
