please understand ..
MMs can show what they want when they want on l2
they are all for hire ..
but (and this matters for those who do observe retail's l2 .. level 2)
MMs = decoys' deployed or actually active on CTIX
targeted OTC stox always have *decoys* in place *imo*
that said >> active MMs' have to report to Finra each month
Finra changed out their platform mid Nov 2014
sadly new platform now takes over a week+ to view for prior month
(old version had MMs' active for prior month out on the first business
day of the new month)
July's info came out EO last week ..

separates out OTC road kill from survivors
