So much of the recent chatter on the board has been directed at trying to understand the fundamentals of the divided, who is entitle to them, and if CRGP will actually deliver them. In this post I will attempt to answer some of these issues in an attempt to clear the ambiguity of the dividend, who gets it and why.
According to the PR announcing the dividend date, (was June, 30, 2015), meaning one would have to purchase CRGP shares prior to the close on June 30, in order to be qualified to receive the dividend. I believe I read somewhere that CRGP extended the dividend, and that would have allowed the holders of CRGP more time to accumulate. By the PR, it clearly states that shareholders of record as of June 30 were the only ones in line to receive a dividend. That was the old scenario.
Somewhere between the issuance of that press release and today, it would appear that CRGP extended that date to between 8/17 and 8/18 to be eligible to receive the dividend. We know that today the equity went Ex-dividend today 8/19. I have come to the conclusion that CRGPis themselves a little bit by the process, and may not yet have a firm handle on who gets the dividend and who does not. It i hard to tell, but from reading this board and over 15 years trading in penny stocks, my best guess is that all eligible parties will begin to receive their money proportionate to their share amounts by Tuesday / Wednesday of next week.
IF: CRGP is being sincere in these unprecedented cash dividends it will be the First time I personally have ever witnessed something like this. If they go through and people get paid, then it is highly likely the CRGP is doing MUCH MUCH better than any one of us figured.
In my opinion all of us should focus on the company going forward and what that cash dividend pay out means to our financial strength and viability going forward. If you do not see your cash in your account by, at the latest next Thursday, then we will need the company to clarify what is happening.
