non-issue. If it happened, it happened, if not, so what. Anyone should have concluded/realized after all those months of it never happening, that it was obvious that it may or may not ever start. It never did. No one should be surprised. I'm sure Bob was led to believe or expected it to come to fruition, however, regardless, it never did. Talk about old meaningless useless news. We need a new day. Hopefully, its off its lows and will head higher from here. Thanks.
