That bit of information would be quite valuable to the companies that are currently suing some of the bashers we know. I heard rumors that DSUS was taking some legal action as well. You may want to share your conversation notes with DSUS management. Try to collect everything you recall from the conversation including the time, who you talked to the number you dialed and the phone you called from and forward it to the IR contact at DSUS. Also, if you do a search on the net of lawsuits and advanced financial or investors hub you might find the names of the law offices that are taking action.
