Re: PCB Inc. #826
FUTL has no value that is not direct value to the parent company FWDG.

The Spinoff was not a sale and FUTL is still a wholly owned subsidiary of
Future World. If you place value in Future Land then you are saying the value
of the Parent company is growing too. All Future Land does is proves the model
is working of building prosperous subsidiaries and spinning them off. The bet
Future World is making paying all expenses is that the selling price will add
huge value.

Future World is not a one trick pony and Future Land is not the only thing that
will make it succeed. Hemptech and CB Scientific will be the next Spin Offs
and dividend shares awarded. The company also stated that Additional shares
of Future Land is a strong possibility.

AS far as the A/S of FWDG being Billions you failed to mention that this
number has decreased over a Billion in the last year through retirement of
shares. Also the A/S is not the number to look at it's the O/S which I
suspect is between 800M to 1B after updated numbers.

Of that O/S the CEO owns the majority of shares and has stated that a R/S
is not anticipated. This would hurt his position much more than any of ours
since these were acquired on the open market.

There will be good things to come and any start up company will acquire
debt and in Penny Land the only avenue to pay debt is either toxic financing
or the company selling shares. I think they are doing just fine.
