fascinating shift via the *crew* .. 
i've posted since 2013 (after P2O was wrested back and RH infused Millions)
that BK was off the table
but that i had zero doubts that 2 outcomes were in play
and that in RH's shoes .. i too would pursue parallel paths
the first is selling the IP .. but unlike LONDON CALLING's *efforts*
IP will not be sold sub 10c .. rather sans one prox sale in 2015 ..
i see 2.50 per share based on *flagship's* validation within the industry
since *evolution circa 2009*
the second is flying solo .. with sales of prox in 2015 .. seating an indy BoD
imo RH resigning as Ceo but remaining on the BoD for TSX uplist
that is why the key for this *round* is the 10.29.15 *date* for Eco
it allows 2 months to finalize .. aspects ..
as i've previously noted .. via ACC Executive Summary .. *value* of this tech
is measured in Billions
lowest sale price (and no indy BoD seated .. no expenditure of treasury stock aka dilution)
is imo $300M (that is 2.40 per share @ 125M IO) which is 3x the price of original pipe
imo if another buyer in P2O's queue .. say the northern state .. comes *first*
it will be enough for RH to *not sell* IP to best and highest bidder
i have no doubts .. what i *know* .. is known by those who *can* and it's why
i noted weeks' back .. *expect volatility* .. this garbage is between a rock and
a hard place .. but they know exactly what this tech is worth
