Yes, you are right. They clearly are making the point that we now have a license for the equipment. I would assume we also have mining licenses and not exploration licenses at this time.

However, I still am curious whether we have the new equipment in place. As of August 4, the equipment was in transit. I would assume that during this rainy season, they travel would be quite slow. However, it has been 10 days since that PR, would it be fair to say they are on site by now?
