You got it.
Just the number to deletions triggers a restriction. When a board is under admin warning, it's stricter. However, 'personal attacks' are viewed as worse, and sometimes there is a full ban, longer restriction, 'jail'.
Same way reinstated works, just post whatever they give you (usually 1 -3 a day), only on-topic, only about CTIX. Either you get automatic reinstated or you PM admin and ask.
Yep, I was restricted years ago before I learned the rules. Now I never am deleted. I think that's a pretty good clue that I know what I'm talking about.
Life has many games, this one we have money at stake. Nobody refuses to play tennis because the judged won't let them wack the other players with their rackets.
