Lol typical, so when you provide ur side of the story of the past that is not information from the trial? But when you are asked specifically about your counterclaim page 22 paragraph 35 I believe it is, you can't comment on that part of the past?
Also you were asked why certain attorneys left? Not sure why that has any basis of the trial, it's a simple question as to why you switched attorneys.
Also why have you waited 3 years into the lawsuit to start commenting on this board? Why the long wait since your silicon investor days ?
And yes it's unethical for a president of another company to comment on a rivals board, especially when you are being sued by that company.
If you haven't heard of this board, you should probably ask fracked up and smitty about it bc they are throwing your name and your companies name around pretty recklessly in that case
