Don't tell me, let me guess: They said it was "off-topic" and you weren't allowed to appeal the deletion.
I had lots of posts deleted too that should have been left to stand.
The new, nasty poster who tries to fool people with pseudo-science and who is much smarter than the usual bashers -- I think he has deletion powers over there. At least 7 of us that I know of got banned or restricted when he came to that board.
