Interesting indeed! I've been convinced of not only the existence of but the ramping up of organized criminal trading scams for quite a while. Totally Hemp Crazy's filing a law suit against some of them reaffirmed that belief, and this just makes my blood boil cause it stinks of SEC incompetence or, worse yet, fraud. Many times when I've wondered why someone could get away with such brazen criminal activity that amateurs could easily spot it while the pros were somehow unaware, it turned out that someone (or several sneaks) was paid to look the other way. Not hard to see how this can happen once millions are being generated.
I would like to see some serious light pointed at the subject and the SEC pressured as hard as possible to get them doing their jobs instead of screwing off in between the "look what we did" Martha Stewart-like dog and pony shows they ham up. Picking on individuals and even individual companies is easy compared to taking on large (especially international) criminal organizations and they know it. They would much rather go after the low hanging fruit and make up excuses for why something like this is "too difficult" and rarely succeeds in stopping the activity. Those are the kinds of bull shit excuses you hear from the incompetent and/or the bought and paid for. The FDA uses the same type of BS, if they provide any answers at all.
