Anyone with SAMSUNG TV can call 1-800-726-7864 and they
will walk you thru the steps on how to re load ULTRAFLIX
back up if you ever lose it and have trouble figuring it out
on your own.
We would have figured it out sooner on our own but for the
one step where you have to HOLD DOWN the enter
button on the UF ICON in the app store.
