Nanotech is a very busy group of people. I don't think there is anything that bad here, read for yourself. Many of the VODWIZ content originals are old or damaged, maybe even lower quality 16mm. Nanotech said some of the content from various HHSE vendors would take some work to transfer.
Personally, I don't like seeing a partnership like this taking time away from NTEK's main focus.
I understand it's a revenue source but there must be balance between time taken away from 4K vs. dollars coming in.

There are no other material disputes or lawsuits requiring Company’s response.
