content isn't "ours" to begin with. until its in hand. with masters. metadata. trailers. uploaded and "signed off" (despite having a deal in place)
remember "interstellar". rumored for many weeks (ink dry. deal was done ). but, we didn't see "interstellar", not before Christopher Nolan signed-off. only then did we see it on ultraflix
ntek can't make up the content. in the case of hannover. they've not delivered (the 1,000's of titles) that was promised. (we've also seen this too with "3D Crave", "que pasa" and other channels ntek has had content deals in place...) it happens
maybe they (content provider ) didn't acquire the content. idk. but we haven't seen 100's of titles (from hh). nevermind 1,000's
