LAS VEGAS, August. 14, 2015 /PR Buzz/ -- Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc., (OTC: PNOW) released an announcement this morning, “Pure Hospitality Sequesters Largest Debt Holder to Stave off Dilution,” stating that the Company’s primary debtholder submitted to a ‘Lock-Up’ agreement, with the assistance of an outside investment firm, which prevents the debtholder from selling any of their debt to third parties – in a move to dramatically stave off dilution.
