The frightening thing is it will take many people quite a while to understand just how these well crafted lies and inundo are being used. If I said for instance. "I am a doctor and have never heard of a clinical trial being by invitation only" The casual reader assumes there must be some Hanky Panky going on with this trial.
It will take some time for many to realize that what it really means is "I'm not really familiar with clinical trials and didn't really bother to verify my facts because then I wouldn't be able to mislead you with this statement"
