They need the capital to continue to produce product and without becoming current how will investors even consider buying HJOE if they are staring at a stop sign? That's my one major concern. I wonder how they would answer that as I do think they have a fiduciary responsibility to SH as publicly traded company. Again, if they do audit, beast mode.
