I agree the "senior swingers club" image probably won't help us much right now, although later it could make for some hilarious commercials once the products have made it big time. I agree that the public image piece should be smoothed out a bit, but I haven't seen much direct evidence of Jerry exerting control over Tom and the rest of the crew where major decisions or strategies are concerned. I think it's been more of a team effort. Dr. Pepper is involved with distributing the product, but probably not offering "free" or even discount CEO services. Big-shot CEOs are expensive. Without loads of cash to pay for one you're looking at major share dilution. I would stick to the public image concerns and not so much the desire to put Jerry in the broom closet. Besides, some of the issues that hurt his previous efforts came from not having a world class team assembled which is not the case now, and not having a home run line of beverages, and not having a fabulous trademark like RMH and not being in the smoking hot hemp/cannabis market with such an amazing product. Different game altogether, so we mostly just need to relax.
