Its not throwing bodies, google, monster, apple, fb, and all the other success stories are headed up by geniuses, and they hire geniuses. They dont scrimp when it comes to hiring rock stars. They dont micro manage either. I raise funds for companies and the management/CEO is very very important. If i can feel that the founder is replying to messages, getting into arguments saying hes in his 70s, winking at the camera and saying "be cool," is NOT cool. Put it this way, how many teenagers think their parents or even grand parents are cool? I suggest these issues because there would be nothing i would want more than for THCZ to be like Monster or Redbull, but it wont if it is not lead right. Some of the issues in ihub are accurate. Lets not sweep things under the rug. Lets get them addressed and see this company become huge. Lastly, we all know the strength of FB. We dont hear of Myspace anymore, which was a better site. Why? It was mis managed...
