I read somewhere this deal was off.

One place it states - The salary for Mr. Talari was increased to $15,000 per month fixed starting January 1, 2015.
Another place it states - On January 1, 2015, the Company increased Mr. Talari's base salary to $25,000 per month based on a new three years employment agreement.
Which is correct? How is FWDG paying his MONTHLY salary?? For everyone's salaries??
