Has anything happened with the company since then?
On January 1, 2015, the Company increased Mr. Talari's base salary to $25,000 per month based on a new three years employment agreement.
As of March 31, 2015, the Company had a working capital of $3,715 and $3,715 in cash with which to satisfy any future cash requirements.
