Ah, the new mysterious '3rd party'. Sometimes stories are more believable when they don't keep changing.
For over a year we have been regaled almost daily how it is P2O who had hired OBG but every filing the company puts out states they haven't yet. Heddle still intends to engage them in every filing.
Then OBG was building kilns, towers, and running a second site and a secret pilot.
Then OBG answers an inquiry from somebody and states they haven't been hired by and end user to vet the technology..... as well as states if they are hired it could be to build infrastructure for 'another technology provider' of plastic to oil and not P2O at all.
So now the new story after the others are proven false is a mysterious '3rd party'.
When does the story stop changing ?
