The 10k has clearly taken its toll on the price of scrc currently which is a understatement. I for one never anticipated the price to be here nor did I think that the 10k was going to take over 4 months to complete. I will make no predictions other to say we are 1 day closer to getting this complete. I have no idea how long it will take the new auditors to complete this task but obviously the sooner the better. Management has indicated that q1 we did 9m on approx 4m in net income. so approx a 4% net which is very soft. However my understanding is effficiencies went into effect q2 and that is where we should see "significant" reductions for expenses kicking in. We know we did 3.5m the 1st month in q2 and combined revs for 2.2m in the next 2 months. Since we have no #s for Pimd and the diabetic program I am just going to say it appears we did 6m for q2 in revs. If we did 8% and it is simply a guess ( could be lower or higher NO IDEA) THEN 6M X 8% IS APPROX 480K WE EARNED. Add 400k prelimary result q1 and MY GUESS ON NET 480 IF ACCURATE NO IDEA IS 880K OR APPROX A HALF OF PENNY. sO PRORATE 2ND HALF ANOTH ER HALF PENNY SIMPLY A GUESS NO IDEA WE ARE LOOKING AT .01 EPS OR AT 10X IS APPROX .10 CENTS. cURRENTLY SCRC DOES NOT MERIT IMHO MORE THAN A 10X MULTIPLE GIVEN THE SITUATION IMHO. SO IF THIS IS ACCURATE AND AGAIN NOT SAYING IT IS IT COULD BE BETTER.
We will dig in and somehow overcome this horrendous situation that we are in as a company and stock. Imho certain things need to be implemented to advance the ball. It may be difficult but not impossible. IF WE ARE CASH FLOW POSITIVE AND PROFITABLE AND I HAVE NO IDEA IF THAT IS TRUE OR NOT TRUE PURE CONJECTURE THEN AT SOME POINT ITS POSSIBLE THIS WILL GET BETTER. I am not giving up as too many of you have put your heart and soul in this and deserve maximum effort.
Bottom Line: Dig in and we need closure with the damn 10k
