Sheer desperation...they are losing this one and they know it. Too bad they don't understand that they're not even going come close to winning this. The SEC sees this ploy all the time. I don't think they're going to fall for it when NTEK proves they are a real company with real ground breaking technology that is not only going to benefit shareholders, but consumers as well. JMHO
