2 things. If there is specific guidance which I have heard people say can you give me the regulation number please so I can read it.
2nd the FAA does not investigate plane crashes the NTSB does

SDRs show that the exact same B.F. Goodrich Slide Raft, P/N 7A123864, S/N G1974, hung at the exact same R1 door on N706BL, failed twice, in both March 2015 AND July 2015 demo attempts, AFTER overhaul.
Any suggestion that there is an ‘Option #2’ is ignorant of the facts and torturing the truth.
Any suggestion that FAA review of demo #7 will result in a good outcome is delusional.
Despite low fuel prices, the business plan inflates potential revenue and has lost the advantage of advance ticket sales for peak season.
It’s over, and if the ‘Baltia family’ thinks otherwise they are either involved, reading challenged, unaware, or incapable of reasoning.
But keep writing those toxic, dilutionary subscription checks if you wish. Own it all at sub-penny, and own nothing.
Baltia’s golden goose is cooked. Put a fork in it.
