This is a well-organized, well-funded attack on CTIX. The SEC does not have the staff or funding to go after all of these guys. Some think it does not have the will to do so either. The Overstock.com case is an example of the difficulty of pinning these criminals to the wall. At one time OSTK had 110% of its float shorted. So MORE than every single share of stock was short -- they were trying to drive the stock price to zero. When the CEO went on CNBC, they ridiculed him and said that the stock price was falling because of problems with his management.
I hope that this case is so egregious that the SEC will investigate. This group of shorters should be in the slammer.
