Here's a copy of a post with documentation that provides information appearing to establish 1) Bordynuik owns a motel, and 2) Money went from the company into Bordynuik's pocket using the motel as the vehicle:
"At the end of this post, I've attached the first page of the Ontario Corporation Profile Report for 2335524 ONTARIO, INC.

A few things to note:
1) The Registered Office Address and Mailing Address are the same as the Wesltlane Motel at 13127 Lundy's Lane, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2E 6S4.
2) The listed Director is Marie Bordynuik.
3) Recall this bit from the 10K filed for fiscal year ending Dec 31, 2014:
"Transactions with Related Parties
At December 31, 2014, the company’s accrued expenses include a $237,000 outstanding balance to 2335524 ONTARIO, INC ., a business controlled by Mr. John Bordynuik , former Chief of Technology of the Company. This amount represents expenses, including laboratory testing, consumables, catalyst for the processors, and labor costs incurred since 2012 that the company had previously agreed to reimburse.
