K2...I remember that one too from Linkedin, in fact, I had the company in my favourites folder...together with a lot of other companies from the Linkedin accounts from Fosgitt, DuRant and Morgan. Frank has my attention for quite awhile now. His network/ connections are so extensive, it's very hard to keep track and connect al the dots...if there are any. On the background he's doing work for Cirque (keep in mind the issuance of 13,508 Class B Shares to Frank in consideration for unpaid compensation on 29-06-2015). The question is, what is he doing?

Wrt K2 where he is a director...together with his pal Lyle J. Mortensen (E World) they're involved in various businesses..I'm sure you already know this and have looked into it also...Battery Powered Technologies, Inc., Bpt International, Inc.,Bpt Properties LLC...going by the names...one would guess that it has in some way to be related with K2.

Global Smart Energy, Inc. is another one who got my attention...and the list goes on and on...

And then Richard Shintaku (from ICAG Inc...see your link to the Greek Isle) and Frank Doherty (E World) ...other interesting associates...

It's so hard if not impossible to oversee the big picture here...and then especially wrt to Cirque but at least some of us are trying!
