I just checked the Ban list and you are correct. He is banned from the MRIB board "until further notice".
As far as being careful about not violating the TOU, he was constantly violating the personal attack rule and had many posts deleted. You can see how many by looking at his total posts vs the total posts on the Marani board. The difference is those that were deleted.
The poster is either mentally ill or holds a grudge against Marani or its management because he only posted on the Marani board and claimed he was not a shareholder. Who spends over a year posting negative comments and countering any positive statements exclusively on one board when there is no interest in the company or stock.
