remember it's not the skirmishes that count .. it's who wins the war ... 
make no mistake .. this has been a war for nothing less than *actual* PTOI shares
and it's been in play in *earnest* since 2010
interesting too (at least for me) is confirmation of the algo dance on PTOI
(to avoid triggering threshold/reg sho for a 3rd time) .. and the *volume*
those who know the drill acknowledge will have to be undertaken
April 2011 .. to this day .. sets the record for *volume* by month on PTOI
it was approx 8M+
that was 4 years ago ..
it will be telling to see what a 10M or 20M *volume* month does re: PTOI (stock pps)
it's coming ..
