legitimacy was never a factor re: cycle of *money*
that is illegal stock manipulation *UP* .. handed off
for the *manipulation* DOWN .. and it was done (and still is
to some degree) by mostly interchangeable *aliases* who aren't *RETAIL*
but it's always telling who *won't acknowledge* >> OTC stock manipulation in 2015
particularly since even the incompetents @ the SEC .. now *acknowledge* it
