PSGR....MY OPINION...The claims at the Nevada site have been around for a considerable period of time. The claims at the Arizona sites have also been around a long time. The Nevada site has had assays performed that provided some information with respect to the anticipated quantity of precious metals that are in the ground. At least one of the two Arizona locations was an active mine in the past. The question on ever investor's mind is: Are the claims mined out...is there anything of value left in the ground? Previous Pershing Resources REPORTED assays at the Nevada location indicated gold is present. The investor will have to wait for confirmation of precious metals content at the other locations. I suspect that the share price will fluctuate during the waiting period. Presently PSGR, as in virtually every stock, remains a gamble. The bad news is the share price could further decrease. The good news is that the purchase price will not hurt the wallet badly IF the share price continues to go down....BUT...if the share price returns to its previous high, PSGR will become very rewarding. PATIENCE
