If investors thought about it, they would remember that PTOI was able to turn the processors on and off at will on a daily basis. There was rarely any problem with running the processors, it was always about bad feedstock, rain of feedstock, enhancements, HTF, welding, asbestos gloves, etc.... Now Mr. Heddle says the three pending pilot runs take a considerable amount of attention and much work needs to be done (for a pilot which supposedly takes 3-5 days). They can no longer simply feed plastic into the machine at will, it now takes the better part of a year and counting.
PTOI is a running joke...but investors aren't in on the joke yet.
The lack of stock price reaction shows that investors took the new delay in stride. I don't think they will figure out the joke any time soon.
