If I may, read my response to 4kids recently, it answers those questions, early only to avoid the required 8k, and bury the bad information in the 10q. The money put in by heddle? do we really know what part of the operation that money is going for? No but we can surmise by obvious situations as reported in the 10q, that the money is only keeping the property solvent and under his control, so when the bankruptcy is filed, all property goes to him and him alone. If he was putting money towards the business plan, those processors would be repaired and operating, Since he reported that the processors have not been repaired yet, it's obvious he's only supporting the "overhead" not the processes.
