If one considers that we were at 625 mil o/s and could be around 700 mil right now - then 75 mil shares would have gotten them approximately $900k to use.
Part of this had to go to the infuser and snack food launches and hopefully the rest is going to a distribution deal or two and finalizing those Waters.
WE actually help OUR company out with a higher PPS as there would be considerably less dilution folks. Simple point but never really discussed much.
** If my scenario is close, we have 50 mil before o/s would be maxed. Hey, not a big problem if we are trading at 30 cents as that gives em $15 MILLION to use as they see fit. HOPE that one comes true
