This long wait for results of the Mini from the FA

This long wait for results of the Mini from the FAA is the major difference between this last Mini and all of the past tests that Baltia got a "FAIL". When the Mini was failed Baltia got the results almost immediately. We are going on two weeks since the last one and haven't gotten anything from the FAA. After working with all of the government agencies in the aviation business as a senior flight test project engineer for 35 years I can assure you that this is the most positive sign of a "PASS" that you can get. The FAA is reviewing every detail of the test to assure that no one can ever contest the results. Upon final review there are a number of signatures required to officiate the passing of the Mini. After all that are required sign off on the report it will be delivered to Baltia by mail or FAX and we will then be starting the proving flights, probably sometime next week.
