Well there's a lot of details you're not privy to but we fully expect the pass to be forthcoming. The only way given the regulations as they are the guidance on this particular situation from the FAA manuals and the fact that the FAA is going the extra mile for us a pass is the only outcome we can expect. Also one of the signatories for the FAA that needs to be present to sign the passing Documents is out of town for this week. I hope this clarified any issue you may have. The only thing that will keep this from pink included in our favor would be dark forces well beyond anything we could control here on earth
