How can Heddle run pilot tests if the processors are broken and idle, and won't be repaired for some time?
Obviously, when the next deadline passes in October, there will necessarily be another delay.
" These processors were idle for all of 2014 and are currently idle. Management estimates the processors will remain idle until the fourth quarter of 2015 , other than pilot runs to support processor sales. "
