$MEME MeeMee Media Inc. is an international mobile media roll-up and build out opportunity being erected on the acquisition of a leading Latin American mobile content distribution and services company. MeeMee Media recently announced the execution of a LOI and exclusivity agreement to purchase 100% of one of Latin America’s leading mobile content companies. MeeMee continues to work towards completion of that acquisition, and intends to use the Latin American mobile platform as a launchpad for building a global-scale digital entertainment, advertising and marketing enterprise. MeeMee Media believes that the current environment provides an ideal framework for acquiring superior quality cash-flowing assets. We are focused on combining these assets into a scale enterprise around high-growth verticals and experienced digital media and marketing leaders, and expanding into favorable geographic jurisdictions where the platform can be leveraged efficiently.
